Our Quality self catering accommodation is in a picturesque position with breath taking views of a 3-acre lake, with easy access to Exmoor and the wonderful sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Westward Ho! with the dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and the larger town of Barnstaple with its theatre, cinema, clubs and shops. The self catering converted barn is adjacent to the main farmhouse with its own private garden overlooking a wonderful lake, giving stunning reflective views and sunsets. Close by is a smaller ornamental lake with a woodland walk and lakeside garden. Explore or rest a while listening to the birds singing and the fish jumping. The farm is situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton where 2 markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. There is a supermarket and numerous pubs and restaurants within or close by the town.

The accommodation consists of a single self catering barn which has been carefully converted to keep as much of its character as possible and has underfloor heating and tiled floors with large rugs in the lounge and bedroom for extra comfort. It has 2 patios, 1 outside the bedroom for a quiet breakfast and 1 outside the lounge with views over the lake. The self catering accommodation is furnished to a high standard and offers ONE bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. There is a large window and door opening out onto a secluded patio to catch the morning sun. Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV, DVD, woodburner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. This room also has patio doors leading onto the main patio area with garden table, chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. The garden area is secure with a garden shed to store boots, shoes, fishing equipment and outdoor clothes. The 3 acre specimen carp lake is available at 50% normal tariff. (pre-booking advised). Ample parking. Bed linen and towels included. Electric and central heating included with an additional charge of £15 per week from November to Easter. Regret no smoking or pets.
