This lodge has been built to the highest of standards to offer you the very best in luxury self-catering accommodation, situated adjacent to a stunning three acre lake and flanked on either side by trees and shrubs. The view from the front of the lodge is out over the lake and the countryside beyond, the rear views are out over the rolling green fields. There are two decked areas one to the front and one to the rear both with dinning tables and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dinning while taking in the beautiful views.

BBQ equipment and sun-loungers are also provided.

You enter the lodge through double patio doors into a large open plan kitchen/lounge/ dinner with a high vaulted wood ceiling. It includes a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker & hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The lounge is fitted out with stylish leather sofas a two-seater and a three-seater, coffee table, dinning table and chairs, beautiful wood burning fire, 26”flatscreen digital TV and DVD Hifi system with built in ipod dock, there is a second door access the deck at the rear of the property. The main bedroom is fitted with a solid oak king-sized bed with matching furniture and fitted wardrobe, with a well appointed en-suit multi jet shower room, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two solid pine single beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside table. The family bathroom has a pea-bath with wall mounted power shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

The whole lodge is fitted with American Pecan laminate wood flooring, and has top quality contemporary soft furnishing with all bedding and towels provided. Independently controlled central heating through out the property is included with a surcharge of £20.00 from November to Easter. (First basket of logs free)
