property with rugs for extra comfort. The accommodation
offers ONE bedroom with a king-size solid pine bed,
bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table, there is an
en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and wash
basin. There is a large window and double doors opening
out onto a secluded patio with table and chairs to catch
the morning sun while eating your breakfast.
The kitchen is part of an open plan
living space and has a fully fitted kitchen with electric
cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and
washing machine.
The lounge has a comfy two-seater sofa
and single chair, nest of tables and dining table and
chairs. There is a wide screen TV, & DVD surround
sound system, full sky tv, and a beautiful wood-burning
fire. This room has wonderful views over the lake and has
double patio doors leading onto the main patio area with a
beautiful garden, table & chairs are provided for
al-fresco dinning.
BBQ and sun loungers are available to
be enjoyed in an attractive secure garden. There is ample
parking in a separate parking area, just 50m away. A small
pull-along trolley has been provided to help you with your
luggage. Central heating is included, with an additional
charge of £15 from November to Easter, paid direct to the
